The outdoor space & barn are best suited to gatherings under 50 people, though we can accommodate up to 75.
The houses are set up to sleep 12 people, with 2 queen beds in the cottage, 2 queen + 4 twin beds in the ranch.
What to expect
Where should I park?
Park in or along the gravel driveway that leads up to the white house. For large events we’ll include details for overflow parking or transportation on the event page.
Are there bathrooms?
Yes! We have two full bathrooms in each house (4 total), as well as an “outhouse” and outdoor shower by the barn.
Can I bring my dog?
Sadly, no. We’ve learned our lesson with lost dogs in the woods and stolen sausages! You may see our dogs on the property, however.
Is there wifi?
There is if you need it. We do try to maintain a “low tech” environment, so for the majority of events we ask that folks avoid their phones and leave tech toys at home. No judgement, just our attempt at offering a break from all the screens and distractions.
What should I bring?
If you are coming for an event, check the event page for details on what to bring. We usually tell folks to bring a water bottle and a change of clothes for kiddos! Please leave non-essential devices and toys in the car or at home, as we’re trying to encourage outdoor creative play.
Is there water, food, drinks?
There are plenty of places to fill up your water bottle, and we have cups if you forget yours. Check the event page for details about whether food and drinks are provided. We always keep a stash of emergency snacks!
Are there farm animals?
Yes! Right now we have 6 chickens, a rooster, a duck and two dogs. We plan to add more furry friends in the future! There are also spiders, snakes, bees, lizards, deer and many more creatures you may see. It is an incredibly well-balanced ecosystem.
Let's Go Outside
Let's Go Outside
The vibe here is somewhere between summer camp and grandma’s farm.
What is there to do? Well, it’s pretty simple. We explore, we taste, we smell, we listen, we climb, we play, we heal… we try not to look at our phones.
